About Heritage Consulting

We are experienced and qualified in Surveys of Listed Buildings, Pre-Purchase Surveys, Full Building Surveys, Timber Framed buildings, and Damp & Timber Surveys. We also prepare Heritage Statements, Listed Building Consent & Planning Permission applications, Repair and Refurbishment Specifications, Defect Analysis Reports and can manage your Building Project for you from start to finish. We also handle Expert Witness and legal work on negligence and liability claims.

We predominantly operate in the South East of England, The Midlands, Hereford, Cotswolds, Hertfordshire, London, Essex and East Anglia but do travel further afield as required.
